We're a small studio, so support is handled directly. A real person reads every email and answers it.

For a bug report, it helps to include which app you're using, its version number, your iOS version, and the steps that led to the problem. In Planedex, the version number is under Settings → About.

Feature requests and general feedback are welcome at the same address.

Planedex is on the App Store — get it here. Jellytone and GuitarMind are still in development; there's a page for each if you want to know what they are.
